  • Ad Hoc Support Blocks: These flexible blocks are also paid upfront at the time of purchase.
  • Project Work (like Onboarding): For larger, fixed-price projects, we typically use a milestone-based payment schedule (e.g., 40% upfront, 40% mid-project, 20% on completion), which will be clearly outlined in your specific agreement.
  • Invoicing: We issue clear, itemised tax invoices for all payments.
